The Camaroni

This cocktail is easy, fast and furious.
A perfect mashup of two classics: the '67 Camaro and the Negroni.
Full of muscle while still gentle and compliant like a good, Juicy website.

  • 1 part Beefeater Gin
  • 1 part Amaro Montenegro
  • 1 part Dolins Sweet Vermouth
  • A twist of orange, fire

Prepare your glass by running an orange twist around the rim first, then light the zest (like this) into the glass and place your peel inside. In a separate vessel, combine all liquid ingredients over ice and stir vigorously. Pour and serve very cold.
