One Point Five
Everyone loves simplicity.
This two-ingredient heavyweight pairs well with a long day of work and oysters

- 1.5 ounces bourbon
- 1.5 ounces Punt e Mes
- Serve over ice with an orange peel
Put both ingredients in a vessel with ice, stir vigorously, then stir a bit more. Use a vegetable peeler to create your orange peel garnish. Fill a rocks glass with ice, rim the glass with your garnish and pour.
