The Van Jo

Listening to our clients is our Juicy specialty.
In light of that, we bring you The Van JO - a nod to one of the masters who also loved oranges. This one is for sipping, but do not toast Gauguin.

  • A splash of Absinthe, as you dig it - about 1/6th part
  • 1 part Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • 1 part Dolin Rouge Vermouth

Put the ingredients in a shaker and shake.
Serve cold AF in a coupe, garnish with an orange slice.
